Accessibility

Our commitment to accessible digital experiences.

Last updated 2026-06-11. Effective 2026-06-11.

Torment Entertainment is committed to making our websites and digital products accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable, and to meet applicable accessibility requirements in regions where we operate, including the European Accessibility Act and similar national laws.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure and navigable headings
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and focus states
  • Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where applicable
  • Responsive layouts for different screen sizes and zoom levels
  • Regular review of new pages and features for accessibility issues

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (such as external video players or social widgets) may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We work with vendors where possible and provide alternative access paths when needed.

Older content or press assets may not yet meet all accessibility requirements as we continue to improve our materials.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter accessibility barriers on our website or need content in an alternative format, contact us at hello@tormententertainment.com. We aim to respond within five business days.

Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, and your contact information so we can assist you.

Enforcement procedure (EU)

In the European Union, users may contact relevant national enforcement bodies if they believe we have not adequately addressed an accessibility concern. Contact details for national authorities are published by the European Commission and member state governments.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement periodically and update our practices as standards, technology, and legal requirements evolve.
